My washer decided to break and leak everywhere on the floor below it, and Kenneth was there within a few hours (Sunday night of a holiday weekend, no less!) to set up fans and begin the drying/mitigation process. Roy was fantastic at communicating what to expect through this whole process, was prompt in responding to texts and emails, and even worked with my home insurance policy to file a claim. Kenneth came back a few times to monitor progress as well as cut out the affected drywall, and Jerome also very efficiently removed all the affected tile…”

I of course went with him and White Glove Restoration because of how impressed I was with the remediation service. “…White Glove came in, busted it all down to pieces including having to demolish a half burnt jacuzzi into reasonable pieces to haul away out of the yard. These guys came in under 5 hours, tore it all down, packed it up and hauled it away. They also washed down the whole area and ensured all toxins were removed as well. They were super thorough, they even deodorized & treated the surface with odor counteractant and conducted final cleanup and did a magnetic sweep for any potential metal debris. And no job like this is cheap but they came in way under that others were quoting us. See pictures for proof and call Roy if you’re ever in a similar bind!”
